Since my last visit to Ziebart my whole outlook turned around completely for the better. From the response from the corporate office to the actual owners getting deeply involved to insure everything was done correctly was excellent.

The employees at Canandaquia, NY were equally fantastic. All my concerns were addressed. The VP Ryan not only won my trust, which is not easy, but he showed his caring about his business and all his employees. We walked around my 2004 Dodge Ram pickup and checked everything I had issues with.

The shop guys, Dan and Connor were equally involved and concerned about all my concerns. What can I say everything turned to excellent. Remember nothings perfect, I'm sure far from it, but again these guys will do almost anything to insure you leave a satisfied customer. What else can be asked of anyone.

So the process and way I was treated I must say was very great. Like a valued customer should feel. So if you find you wish to try Ziebart to protect your valuable vehicle from rust I highly recommend you try the people at the Canandaquia, NY location.

Went to Ziebart in Cananadaquia, NY to get the yearly undercoating done. I was interested in rhino lining the lower part of vehicle and inside doors too.

Needless to say I was promised a complete outer shell rhino lining job on the whole outside and inside doors. After much negotiations I agreed to leave truck off with them to be done. It's a 2004 Dodge crew cab with 8' dually box. A big truck.

The original sales person "Toby" promised a great job. On my first call back it seemed he couldn't all of the sudden remember anything we agreed upon. A red flag quickly went up. So I bypassed him from that point and began working directly with the district manager "Paul" who runs several locations locally.

He said he was sorry and promised to personally have t he truck done to my liking. Well he must of lied or didn't check at all. I went over truck thoroughly when I got home. found several areas that weren't rhino lined at all, especially under side nerf bars.

There was immediate peeling in rear cab corners. No rhino lining inside door areas. didn't remove any lights to rhino under them. I was promised the bumpers be removed and rhino lined on both sides.

Could see bare spots just by opening hood and looking down. Even could go on and on about the terrible rhino job. Plenty of overspray everywhere including on my newly installed $1500 tires. My chrome exhaust tip, the stainless steel side step (nerf bars), inside every tire.

You get the point I am pissed off. Then there was the undercoating job. Man where it was easy to spray it was thick as all get out. I purchased for the complete undercarriage and inside all panels too.

Sprayed like a drunken sailor. Not caring about covering new shocks. brake bleeders, vent tubes, ect.. The front end was the worst.

I looked for my grease fitting. GOOD LUCK.. Well needless to say it's in for a third time. Like last time I told them time isn't as big of an issue as a quality job.

Again that was said last trip. I'll update you on new progress and results as I know them.......

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Monetary Loss: $3000.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

No one actually Believes Your Corporate One Liners. Ziebart Stores are Franchised.

Corporate Doesn't Stand behind their brand, and Ziebart Franchise Owners cannot be compelled to "Do Right".

Each Ziebart is privately Owned. If only Ziebart Spent this much time DOING THE WORK RIGHT, Instead of hiring a Full Time Public Relations team.

Ignore Ziebart's Corporate Response. Ziebart are franchised. Their corporate staff has a full time job pretending to give a ***. They are powerless to intervene because each Ziebart is privately owned.

Solution? Sue them in small claims. Take pictures, document any and all damage, and head to your local Municipal Court. I wouldn't let these guys ever touch my car (or yours) again. Everything they do is Sub-Par and ***

Sued Ziebart Once and they Settled without any waiver of Liability. Found they caused an additional 1000 dollars in Damage. Will be back in Court in February.

You won't get satisfaction from these guys. Small Claims is your best bet!

Good Luck! Sorry you had to deal with Ziebart and learn the HARD WAY TOO!
