Ziebart - Horrible Customer Service
I had to take my car back four times in one year to have the remote starter fixed. Twice they sent me home because they said they had no record of my appointment when in fact I had called ahead and scheduled.
They always try to up-sell you more products and services every time you go there. The workers in the front office are arrogant and condescending. The last time I went, they told me they had no record of my appointment when I made one the day before. I told them that this was the fifth time I'd had to come in to have the remote starter fixed and I wasn't going to come back again if they couldn't fix it.
They couldn't care less. They had no desire to try and accommodate me in any way. This business can't be trusted. If you are looking for a similar service, look elsewhere because Ziebart does not care about their customers, just how much product and service they can push on you while you are there and then get you out the door.
Ziebart has been one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. I strongly encourage you to find any other option!
