Installed remote car starter. Messed up wiring electrical system.

Car won't start at all. After installation car had to be placed on charger before I could drive it off the lot. I was told I needed new battery. I purchased new battery.

A week later car wouldn't start. I had car towed to Ziebart. I was told I need a fuel pump. I got diagnostic check; The problem is electrical.

My car had no electronic problems prior to Ziebart installing remote starter. Ziebart is responsible for the electrical problems in my car; & should take full responsibility by having my car fixed.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

The issue with 04 dodge darango has been resolved. Ziebart was Not in any fault and my remote car starter has been re-connected.

My problem was a bad fuel pump which happened to go out at the time remote was being installed. Everything is completely taken care of & I am totally satisfied with the services & customer service from Ziebart.

1. Ignore Ziebart's Response.

Corporate has a full staff of employees with ZERO POWER to rectify the screw up of their franchises. Matter of fact, Ziebart Corporate WILL NOT and is POWERLESS to intervene when a Franchise Location Screws Up.

2. My Advice, take your car to a mechanic. Get an estimate and a write up of faults.

If you attribute it to Ziebart, take them to Small Claims Court.

3. Ziebart will TRY TO WEASEL their way out of any and all responsibility If they can't, they'll try to low ball settle. Don't fall for it.

Ziebart is a HORRIBLE COMPANY, With Even WORSE Customer Service, and Outright Terrible workmanship.

Now that you've made the same mistake we did, WARN YOUR FRIENDS.

In the mean time, Visit your local Small Claims. It's about your only recourse.
